I was excited about the prospects of having an employee to help me out with stuff, allowing me to concentrate more on the logistics of the business and less on manual tasks from day to day.

Fast forward 3 1/2 months and I now have 3 full-time employees, who all live in the Philippines!

Let me just say that hiring these 3 guys has been a great decision.  I haven’t actually had them working on any of my PPC campaigns yet, with regard to keyword research or anything similar, but I have put them to work building me some new landing pages, complete sites and doing lots of SEO work on existing sites.

After having them onboard for a few months, the pieces of the puzzle are starting to come together and th efuture is looking good.

Let me just say that if you’re a full-time affiliate or internet marketer, do yourself a favor and hire someone to help you out. You won’t regret it.
