I have to tell you. Yahoo and MSN are like a breath of fresh air to deal with when it comes to getting any kind of support for my PPC campaigns.

Making a call to Google is always dreaded and I’ll call them ONLY if I absolutely have to. The arrogance of their company just oozes through the phone, even if the person who answers the phone is a nice person.

But when I call Yahoo or Microsoft, I get friendly people on the other end who don’t make me feel like I’m breaking every possible law when it comes to how I run my PPC campaigns. And best of all, they actually try their best to answer my questions!

No vague answers. No stepping around stuff just to avoid giving direct, helpful information.

Yahoo and Microsoft might not be the biggest search engines, but they’re certainly the best in my book
