PPC Time Management

One of the things you’ll find out very quickly when you start getting heavily involved in PPC Marketing is that time is the thing that is in the shortest supply.
There are only 24 hours in a day and some of those 24 hours are spent sleeping. As your PPC business grows it almost becomes a necessity to hire others to do a lot of the tedious, manual work and focus your own time on doing the planning and executing, etc.
Your time is very valuable and should not be spent doing things like sorting keyword lists, running to the store to get supplies, etc. If possible, get someone else to do this and other tasks for you.
Remember… those two hours that you spend running errands could be spent brainstorming ideas for new campaigns or new products.
Outsourcing may seem a bit over the top until you start calculating what your time is really worth.
You’d be pretty surprised at how inexpensive it is to hire people at places like rentacoder.com, elance.com and guru.com. I hired my first Rent-A-Coder programmer a couple months back. It was well worth the money and a very pleasant experience.
Use your time wisely and realize the value of it.
